Founder + General Contractor
Meet Ashley
I grew up just south of Portland and graduated from San Diego State University. My path to Ashley Kiely Living wasn’t traditional, but creating beautiful, functional homes has always felt familiar. I grew up working alongside my dad, a general contractor, and developed an early appreciation for the details that make a home work well.
I founded Ashley Kiely Living with a belief that design, organization and construction should work together—not as separate pieces of the process. Today, AKL brings interior design, professional organization, remodeling and relocation concierge services together under one team, giving our clients a more thoughtful and coordinated way to create and care for their homes.
As founder and general contractor, I remain closely involved in our projects and the client experience behind them. Whether we’re furnishing a home, leading a renovation, creating better organization or managing a move, our goal is the same: a home that feels refined, functional and distinctly yours.
Built From A Different Perspective
Ashley Kiely Living was founded on the belief that a home should be considered as a whole. Interior design, organization and construction decisions are interconnected, and the best results come when those disciplines work together from the beginning.
As a female-owned general contracting and design firm, AKL brings a distinct perspective to residential projects—combining thoughtful design with the practical understanding of how homes are built, organized and lived in.
Today, our team works across interior design, professional organization, remodeling and relocation concierge services throughout the Portland metro area and Southwest Washington.
