Thoughtful Design & Remodeling in Ladd’s Addition
Ashley Kiely Living works with homeowners in Ladd’s Addition to thoughtfully update historic homes while respecting the character that makes them distinctive. Our integrated team brings together interior design, professional organization, remodeling and relocation concierge services under one roof.
From reimagining kitchens and bathrooms to improving storage, furnishing interiors and coordinating a move, AKL considers how each decision contributes to the home as a whole. FOUNDER + GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Meet Ashley
Ashley Kiely founded Ashley Kiely Living with a belief that interior design, organization and construction should work together—not as separate pieces of the process.
As founder and general contractor, Ashley leads AKL’s integrated approach to residential projects, bringing together thoughtful design, practical construction knowledge and an understanding of how homes need to function for everyday life.
Based in the Portland area, Ashley and the AKL team work with homeowners throughout Lake Oswego and surrounding communities across interior design, professional organization, remodeling and relocation.
What Our Customers Say

Ashley And Her Team Were So Amazing To Work With!
Ashley and her team were so amazing to work with! She took us through every phase of an extensive remodel project in our historic home, from design, historic review with the city, unexpected challenges uncovered in our 115+ year old home during demo, packing up, and moving us back into a beautiful finished space. Ashley pays attention to all the details of the work and the client. She kept us updated on the status of the work and always checked in on how we were doing during this long process. We are so happy with our updated home and we're already with AKL for phase 2.

The whole process is seamless, well communicated and the end product is just what we were hoping for.
Ashley and her team are amazing to work with! The whole process is seamless, well communicated and the end product is just what we were hoping for. She had creative approaches to add storage in our laundry room and organized two pantries and a baby room for us. Highly recommend!
