Exceptional renovations begin long before construction. AKL develops the spatial plan, architectural direction, material palette, custom details and documentation required to bring each project to life with clarity.

02 — GENERAL CONTRACTING
General Contracting + Construction Management
Led by Oregon-licensed general contractor Ashley Kiely, AKL provides general contracting and construction management for select residential renovations throughout the Portland area. Every build is approached with disciplined planning, clear communication and close attention to the details that shape the finished home.
Construction-only engagements are reserved for projects with completed architectural or design plans. AKL coordinates permitting, trades, schedules, site execution and quality control from preconstruction through final installation.
03 — ORGANIZATION + RELOCATION
Professional Home Organization + White-Glove Relocation
AKL creates calm, intuitive systems designed around the way each household lives. From individual spaces to complete homes, our professional organization service combines thoughtful editing, product planning and meticulous installation for a finished result that feels considered rather than temporary.
For clients in transition, our white-glove relocation service supports move preparation, coordination, unpacking and complete new-home setup—so every room is functional and beautifully resolved from the start.
